We use pure water technology whilst cleaning your property, utilising a “reach and wash” system, which allows windows, located up to 70ft high (approximately 7 storeys high) or simply difficult to reach windows, to be cleaned safely and efficiently.

The reach and wash system, means that ladders are often no longer needed, and this method is now recognised as the safest and preferred method of external cleaning.

As well as windows, all other areas of buildings show wear and tear and dirt and grime. At Odd Bods we are able to offer the following additional services:

• Conservatories: Conservatories are a wonderful addition to any home and an investment to be proud of. A light and airy extra room, where you can enjoy your garden come rain or shine. But, once the algae and lichen take hold on the roof, it is no longer as bright as it once was!
  That is where we come in, we can let the light back into your room, and give your conservatory the spring clean that it deserves. In most cases we shall clean your roof using water fed poles, but on stubborn stains elbow grease shall also be applied.
  Whether wood or UPVC we can give your conservatory a complete clean, from the tip of the roof to the base. We can easily remove moss, algae and bird droppings, to make your conservatory sparkle, almost as good as new!
• Fascias, Soffits and Gutter Cleaning: These are often neglected and before you know it, the once white surface is now often a green one. The height of these areas makes them very difficult to clean easily. Using our reach and wash system, we can clean your fascias, soffits, and gutters safely and have them looking in tip top condition – The difference can truly be amazing!!
• Solar Panels: These are becoming more popular as we all become more environmentally aware, to work to their maximum the panels need to be kept clean. As with fascias and soffits, we are able to clean solar panels safely and efficiently.
• Internal window cleaning: More and more of our clients are asking us to provide this service, we are happy to provide an internal window clean to both residential and commercial properties.
• Full House Valet: This is constantly proving to be incredibly popular, and used by many of our customers. This service includes a full exterior clean to the following areas, all windows and doors (inside if required!), all gutters, fascias and soffits cleaned (gutters can be unblocked if required), all cladding on property is also cleaned. Any conservatories, porches and extensions and garages are also included. This service is popular to all clients, many utilising it twice a year, as a “deep clean” on the home. We are also finding that home sellers are keen to use this service, so that the kerbside appeal of their property is maximised! • Commercial: We offer our cleaning services to all commercial clients, from schools, churches, care homes, factories, industrial units, shops, housing associations and more. Our 70ft modular carbon fibre pole means that height is often no longer an issue.
• Gutter Clearance and Moss Removal: We are also able to offer a gutter clearance service which utilises a gutter vac system, which literally sucks the blockages away, this system is also ladderless and means that it is safely operated from the ground and is able to clear gutters of up to 50ft high.

This technology has many uses, and has been used to clear rooms or high places of dust in preparation for decoration. Or to remove dust cobwebs for hygiene reasons, such as bakeries and schools.
